Ten Keys To Healthy Living

Imagine for a moment that you have the chance to converse with your doctor. You have this one burning question, “What can I do to be as healthy as possible and why do you recommend those steps?” This book was written to answer that question and organize them into ten keys to healthy living, providing you with a blueprint to optimum health for a lifetime. Health is a journey and we all begin at different places. The intent of this book is for the reader to feel like a fatherly figure has put his arms around them and offered practical guidance to help them implement positive actions they can take; realizing that only the core principles that resonate with them will be instituted and it is okay for the rest to be left as a reference for a later date. That was the mindset I had when I wrote the 10 KEYS book. It is a practical manual that belongs in every home.
